Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Final sale or clearance products

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service at drdadefreesefp664@gmail.com within the 30-day return window.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect product was sent. For new orders, shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and inspection.

Refunds

After we inspect and approve the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Actual refund time may vary depending on your payment provider.
